You may visit any GLCO Flagship retail store or authorized stockist for your warranty inquiry

Not close to one of our GLCO stores or stockists? Email hello@garrettleight.com with the subject line "Warranty Inquiry" and the following details:

  • Garrettleight.com order number.
  • If purchased at an authorized stockist, the name and location where the original purchase was made, and the receipt associated with that purchase.
  • Reason for the warranty inquiry.
  • Clear images of the frames, including close-ups of the damage or reason(s) for the warranty inquiry, and hinges. Please make sure to also include a photo of the inside of the left temple.

What is our manufacturer warranty?

We provide a two-year warranty on our sunglasses, eyeglasses, and clips, starting upon delivery.

What is not covered?

  • Improper use or improper maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Incorrectly following the care instructions.
  • Having anyone other than Garrett Leight California Optical or an authorized retailer make repairs or changes to the product.

*  Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the frame to our Los Angeles lab or any of our GLCO retail stores. We offer free return shipping within the continental USA. Keep in mind that altered or  repaired frames are not eligible for return
