You may visit any GLCO Flagship retail store or authorized stockist for your repair or refresh needs.

Not close to one of our GLCO stores or stockists? Email hello@garrettleight.com with the subject line "Repair Inquiry" and the following details:

• garrettleight.com order number.
• If purchased at an authorized stockist, the name and location where the original purchase was made, and the receipt associated with that purchase.
• Reason for repair
• Clear images of the frames, including close-ups of the damage or reason(s) for repair, and hinges. Please make sure to also include a photo of the inside of the left temple.
• What are the repairs we offer, and what are the costs?

A few examples include:

• Temples (sold in pairs): 50% of current frame MSRP
  
• Frame Front: 50% of current frame MSRP
• Replacement Sun lenses: Pricing varies between $60-$110 based on lens material and coatings such as mirror or polar

*Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the frame to our Los Angeles lab or any of our GLCO retail stores. We offer free return shipping within the continental USA. Keep in mind that altered or  repaired frames are not eligible for return
