How has the current environment affected the way you work?
I'm fortunate to share a roomy home office with my boyfriend. He keeps me motivated, reminds me to drink water, and doesn't mind my pjs.
Have you introduced any new routines or rituals since staying at home?
I try to keep up my yoga practice at home, but scheduling it for myself was stressful. These days I set one alarm everyday. It's just a reminder that yoga is awesome and here for me if I need to unwind. Sometimes I drop everything and other times I keep going about my day. I don't schedule my meals around it or worry about penciling it in later. It's been great to keep track of one less thing.
If you’re working from home, what’s your best advice for productivity?
Try to avoid the news until after work...or at least until lunch.

What’s the first thing you’re going to do when this is all over?
I'm going to get a major scrub at a Korean spa.
