Venice is a small place, and often you randomly meet cool talented people who take you back to their place and show you their art. The other day while roaming the Boulevard, we came across Ugo Nonis...
Ugo was born and raised in Paris, France. He moved to New York in 2006, where he first began painting and drawing.
Ugo describes his process as simple, he just sits down and let's his hand guide him as his mind wanders. Pretty incredible how some people's minds and hands interact with each other.
Not bad for a guy you randomly meet while roaming the streets of Venice.
If you like what you see, his work will be up for auction starting July 24th at Bid27 Summer Art Auction from 7-10pm.
I see an eyeball…that's appropriate.
