Online Returns

We will gladly accept all returns for items purchased through within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Frames must be returned unworn and in like-new condition in order to receive the full credit. Custom frames ordered through our Mod Shop are not eligible for return or refund. Please email us at [email protected] and we will provide you with a return authorization as well as a free return label – return shipping is on us!

Online Refunds

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Any expedited shipping charges will not be refunded unless you were shipped faulty items. Please note that your refund may not be reflected on your account for up to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. Retail Store Returns

Only items purchased through may be returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through any of our physical retail stores or wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase and subject to the return policies of our physical retail stores and wholesale partners

Our physical retail stores accept returns for exchange only within 7 days of the original purchase date. All items must be in new condition with original receipt. All prescription lenses, custom lenses, and custom sunglasses are final sale.
