We will gladly accept all returns for items purchased through garrettleight.com within 10 days of the date you receive your order. Your online order includes a free return label just affix the label on the outside of your package and send it back to us - return shipping is on us! Frames must be returned unworn and in like-new condition in order to receive the full credit. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Any expedited shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that your refund may not be reflected on your account for up to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
RETAIL STORE RETURNS
Only items purchased through garrettleight.com may be returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through any of our physical retail stores or wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase and are subject to the return policies of our physical retail stores or wholesale partners.
Our physical retail stores accept returns for exchange only within 10 days of the original purchase date. All items must be in new condition with original receipt. All prescription lenses, custom lenses, and custom sunglasses are final sale.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Once processed refunds typically take up to 5-7 business days depending on your financial institution. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

- Any frame with blue light filter lenses installed
- Clothing, PPE, and Extras
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
Refundable items purchased in the last 10 days.
We provide a two (2) year warranty on our sunglasses, eyeglasses, and clips, starting upon delivery. If the products have a defect within the warranty period, you must notify us of the defect within a reasonable period after becoming aware of it. After such notification you will be entitled to a replacement.
No claim under the warranty can be made if the damage is caused:
- deliberately or by negligence;
- by improper use or careless maintenance;
- by normal wear and tear and scratched lenses;
- by not or incorrectly following the instructions relating to the product; or
- by having anyone other than Garrett Leight California Optical make repairs or changes to the product.
