We will gladly accept all returns for items purchased through within 10 days of the date you receive your order. Your online order includes a free return label just affix the label on the outside of your package and send it back to us - return shipping is on us! Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Any expedited shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that your refund may not be reflected on your account for up to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Our physical retail stores accept returns for exchange only within 10 days of the original purchase date. All items must be in new condition with original receipt. All prescription lenses, custom lenses, and custom sunglasses are final sale.
