We will gladly accept all returns and exchanges within 10 days of the original purchase date. Frames must be returned unworn and in like-new condition in order to receive the full credit. Exchanges are based on product availability.

Please email us at and we will reply with a return authorization form and a free return shipping label – you don’t have to pay anything to ship it back to us!

You can then drop your package off at your local UPS store or at any UPS facility.

Last step is to attach the pre-paid UPS label on the outside of the box and seal your package for the UPS driver to collect.

Sale merchandise discounted 50 percent off and deeper is final sale only and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Any shipping charges paid will not be refunded unless you were shipped faulty items. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
